Dominik Rosa Master of the Drums
It all started with my training at the International Music College Freiburg, followed by the Berklee College of Music in Boston and the Prins Claus Conservatorium in Groningen (NL). These institutions gave me a solid foundation in music.
As a long-time tour drummer, I’ve had the honor of working with some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Tino Gonzales, Abi Wallenstein, and Tommie Harris. These experiences have shaped me and broadened my understanding of different musical genres.
In addition to performing on stage, I’m also active as a director and lecturer at the “International Drum Camps.” There, I share my knowledge and passion for drumming with like-minded individuals and drum enthusiasts from around the world. I’m also involved in various theater and musical productions and organize drummer bookings for festivals and concerts.
My five-month session in the USA and South America was an incredible experience that expanded my horizons and deepened my love for music. Through teaching at music schools and to private online students, I’ve managed to spread my passion for drumming on a global scale and inspire countless drummers.

With over 15 years of teaching experience, I’ve dedicated my life to music education. I teach students at music schools and online from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Additionally, I share my expertise as a lecturer at renowned events such as the “International Drum Camps,” reaching drum lovers from all over the world.

Seit Herbst 2019 nehme ich Online-Unterricht per Skype bei Dominik. Ich nehme ihn als sehr kompetenten und geduldigen Lehrer wahr, der sich nicht davor scheut, auf meine Wunschliste an Schlagzeug-spezifischen Themen einzugehen und die Unterrichtsgestaltung entsprechend anzupassen.
Nachdem mein bisheriger Musiklehrer aufhörte, begann ich online Unterricht bei Dominik Rosa. Ich besuchte auch sein Drummer-Camp im Allgäu – ein weiter Weg aus der Lausitz, aber es lohnte sich. Der flexible Unterricht und abwechslungsreiche Songs machen viel Spaß und bieten einen tollen Ausgleich zum Alltag.
